Like VideoChannel, CologneOFF belongs to the spectrum of N e w M e d i a F e s t - the new media festival environments on [NewMediaArtProjectNetwork]:||cologne - the experimental platform for art and new media. CologneOFF is a new type of mobil film & video festival which is organised simultaneously online and offline via partner festivals & cooperations.
CologneOFF is directed and curated by Wilfried Agricola de Cologne.

The first two festival editions -CologneOFF I & CologneOFF II -were already realised in 2006 under the subjects “identityscapes” (CologneOFF I) and “image vs. music” (CologneOFF II), whereby the complete festival programs are available online for permanent.
